Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job Purpose

The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for the development of all consumer-facing (B2B, B2C & B2B2C) Digital assets, including websites, eCommerce, mobile apps, IoT & specialist applications) to support new revenue generation through diversification.

Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time)
Holidays: UK Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and execution of an ambitious technical and digital delivery roadmap aligned with Saint‑Gobain’s strategic objectives.
• Embed agile delivery principles within the digital teams and support wider adoption across the business.
• Drive measurable improvements in delivery quality, performance, and release cycles.
