We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for our Ceramic
Metaverse Platform, an innovative digital ecosystem combining 3 D visualization, immersive
experiences, and enterprise-grade technology for the ceramics and architectural domain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical delivery and project management,
hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams delivering
scalable, high-performance metaverse solutions.
Must-Have Skills :
 Proven experience in technical delivery and project management for complex digital platforms.
 Hands-on working experience with Azure Dev Ops (Boards, Backlogs, Sprints, Dashboards,
Releases).
 Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC.
 Experience working with engineering teams across frontend, backend, cloud, QA, and Dev Ops.
 Ability to manage dependencies across 3 D, immersive tech, and platform engineering teams.
 Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
 Experience driving delivery in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
Good-to-Have Skills :
 Experience with Metaverse, AR/VR, 3 D visualization, or gaming platforms.
 Familiarity with Unity / Unreal Engine or Web-based 3 D frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js).
 Understanding of Digital Twins, virtual product configurators, or immersive commerce.
 Exposure to cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and release automation.
 Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master).
 Experience in Saa S, product-based, or startup environments.
 Domain exposure to ceramics, architecture, interior design, or manufacturing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile & Scrum Leadership
 Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional technical teams (3 D, frontend, backend,
cloud, and QA).
 Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives,
and Backlog Refinement.
 Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
 Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting sprint and release commitments.
2. Technical Delivery & Project Management
 Own end-to-end technical delivery for features and releases of the Ceramic Metaverse
platform.
 Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Designers, and Engineering Leads to
translate vision into executable plans.
 Manage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
 Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, performance benchmarks, and security best
practices.
 Support estimation, capacity planning, release planning, and roadmap execution.
3. Metaverse & Platform Coordination
 Coordinate delivery across 3 D engines, immersive UI, APIs, cloud services, and integrations.
 Ensure seamless collaboration between creative (3 D/UX) and engineering teams.
 Support delivery of features like virtual showrooms, product configurators, digital twins, and
real-time interactions.
4. Azure Dev Ops & Reporting
 Use Azure Dev Ops for backlog management, sprint planning, story tracking, and release
coordination.
 Maintain dashboards, sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery reports.
 Ensure transparency, traceability, and data accuracy across all delivery artifacts.
5. Hands-On Technical Contribution
 Actively contribute to development and technical decision-making using. NET Core / C# and
React.js.
 Participate in solution design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
 Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance, security, and scalability.
 Support Dev Ops and cloud-native development practices.
