Scrum Master- RGA

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end problem discovery, solution scoping, program management, and delivery for data and analytics initiatives. The individual will lead requirements elicitation by combining strong business acumen with a solid understanding of technology, and translate solution requirements into clear inputs for technical architects and engineering teams. The role involves reviewing solution designs and estimations to ensure alignment with client expectations, while coordinating program delivery through regular communication of progress, risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. A key aspect of the role is measuring and articulating the business value of delivered solutions to drive adoption and sustained usage by business teams.
