Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will lead Agile delivery for SFCC/SFRA teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, QA, UX, and stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and sprint goals
