We are currently seeking a Scrum Master| Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate discussions and workshops with business users, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment. Collaborate with Scrum teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Act as a liaison between business counterparts, development teams, and the COC to ensure effective communication and understanding. Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Identify process improvement opportunities within the COC to enhance delivery efficiency. Maintain documentation and update stakeholders on project progress and key decisions.
