Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with proven experience delivering large, complex, and pressure government IT systems. This role requires more than textbook Scrum knowledge, the successful candidate must be able to drive delivery, manage strong personalities and difficult stakeholders, and operate effectively within strict governance, audit, and compliance environments.
The Scrum Master is expected to own Agile execution, enforce discipline, and keep teams delivering under tight timelines and evolving requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Leadership
Lead Scrum practices across delivery teams and facilitate key ceremonies
Coach teams on Agile principles while working within government SDLC frameworks
Identify and address delivery blockers to keep teams on track
Drive Project Success
Remove impediments and support teams to meet sprint and release goals
Maintain backlog readiness and support UAT/SIT planning
