Scrum Master

Role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to take active ownership of delivery execution for large, complex government IT systems in Singapore.
This role suits someone who enjoys working close to delivery, engaging experienced teams and senior stakeholders, and operating confidently in structured, high-accountability environments.
It goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies—you will be expected to help teams deliver predictably under real timelines and governance constraints.
Responsibilities:
Lead and run Scrum ceremonies with clear outcomes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Take ownership of delivery flow by removing blockers and improving sprint predictability.
Work closely with engineers, project managers, vendors, and government or regulated-enterprise stakeholders.
Deliver Agile outcomes while operating within governance, audit, and reporting requirements typical of regulated environments.
