Key Responsibilities
" Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews across multiple scrum teams
" Coach teams on agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and self-organization
" Collaborate with the Project Manager to align sprint goals with strategic business objectives
" Track and communicate team progress, velocity, utilization, capacity planning and delivery metrics to stakeholders
" Promote transparency and trust across teams and leadership
" Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are well-defined and prioritized
" Champion agile tools and frameworks to optimize SDLC efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
" 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or product-driven environment
" Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
" Strong understanding of agile frameworks
" Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
" Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools
" Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholder alignment
" Empathetic communicator with a bias for action and continuous improvement
