Required Skills and Experience

• At least2 years of experience inautomation projects and/or product development .
• A minimum of5 years of IT experience , including2 years in a leadership role .
• Proven involvement insuccessful software development or product implementation projects .
• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business , or a related field.
• Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills .
• Ability toanalyze situations quickly, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions .
• Knowledge ofScrum practices and techniques to address gaps within Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience applyingAgile methodologies effectively.
