Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to establish and sustain Scrum practices in alignment with the Scrum Guide across teams and the organization. The role focuses on enabling team effectiveness through servant leadership, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with Scrum Teams and Product Owners. The Scrum Master also plays a key role in fostering an Agile mindset and supporting organizational agility.

Responsibilities

• Coach and enable Scrum Teams in applying Scrum framework practices, self-organization, cross-functional delivery, and adherence to Scrum principles.
• Facilitate and enforce Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective), ensuring timebox compliance and achievement of intended outcomes.
