We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master with Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience to lead Agile teams while also serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of servant leadership, Agile best practices, and hands-on requirements gathering and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Shield the team from outside interruptions and remove impediments to progress. Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
