Job Description - Scrum Master

Experience: 8-12 Years
Location: Trivandrum (Onsite / Hybrid as applicable)
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST
Budget: Up to ₹30 LPA
Certification: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) - Mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can come from Business Analyst, Testing/QA, or Development backgrounds , with strong hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master and driving Agile best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of overall experience with strong Scrum Master experience

  • Atleast 4+ yrs in Scrum Master

  • Open to candidates from Business Analyst / QA / Testing / Development backgrounds

  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • CSM Certification (mandatory)

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence

  • Ability to handle stakeholder expectations and distributed teams
