Title: Scrum Master
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Contract
Overview: Facilitates Agile delivery across multiple teams by leading Scrum ceremonies, ensuring backlog readiness, removing blockers, and driving continuous process improvement in collaboration with Product Owners and Program Managers.
Key responsibilities:
? Work as Scrum Master across multiple teams
? Lead Daily Stand-ups and other Scrum sprint ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Closing Ceremony, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective
? Work with Product Owners to ensure release backlogs are effectively groomed
? Work with Product Owners and senior team members to enable effective release and sprint planning activities
? Creating and implementing best Agile and Scrum practices policies, standards, and frameworks.
? Act as primary point to manage blockers and dependencies with other Grid Software teams and any external entities
