Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Scrum Leadership : Lead and manage daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will be expected to run the Scrum meetings independently, ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders without needing direct client involvement.
  • Project Planning & Prioritization : Collaborate with product owners to effectively prioritize user stories and manage the backlog.
  • Quality and Schedule Management : Establish metrics to measure quality and adherence to the project schedule. T
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize Jira dashboards and reports to monitor sprint health, differentiate between planned and unplanned tasks, and provide insights on project progress.
