Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO). This is a full-time, on-
site role based in our Bangalore office (Bannerghatta Road). Remote or hybrid options are not available.
Experience Required: 3–6 years
Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead Agile teams as a Scrum Master, while also managing broader project execution as a Project Manager. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, champions Agile values, and can drive strategic delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master(70%)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs
