Job Description
- Manage and lead multiple technology-driven projects or scrum teams simultaneously, typically handling 3–4 projects or scrum teams.
- Act as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Apply strong domain knowledge in mortgages and home loans to guide project discussions and decisions.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders on a regular basis.
