Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (SDE-3 – Flutter) to help design and ship high-quality mobile experiences at scale. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

You will contribute to architectural decisions, deliver robust Flutter applications, and grow into broader technical ownership and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices for readability, maintainability, and performance.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, offering technical insights.
• Write clean, testable code and improve unit and integration test coverage.
• Support release processes, debugging, and production issue resolution.
• Maintain clear technical documentation (specs, implementation notes).
• Champion continuous improvement by proposing better tools, practices, and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience building mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance best practices.
• Experience integrating with APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitrise) and mobile release workflows.
• Experience with unit testing (e.g., Mockito) and mobile debugging.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
