What You’ll Do

• Lead the Architecture: Take full ownership of the iOS codebase for our core apps, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to \"First Principles\".
• Feature Development: Drive the end-to-end development of new features that enhance user empathy and engagement for millions of regional language users.
• Team Mentorship: Groom future engineering leaders by providing technical guidance and conducting rigorous code reviews.
• Optimization: Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and app speed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver world-class episodic content experiences on platforms like QuickTV.

Who Are You?

• Technical Expert: You have extensive experience in Swift and Objective-C, with a deep understanding of the iOS SDK and memory management.
• Desired Experience: You have 6+ years of iOS development experience in a high scale b2c product organisation.
• Leader by Example: You embody Ownership and Speed , with a proven track record of leading engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
• Problem Solver: You use First Principles thinking to solve complex UI/UX challenges and architectural bottlenecks.
• Scale Specialist: You are comfortable working on apps with millions of daily active users and understand the nuances of regional language support.
