Role Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer III (SDE III) to drive backend engineering, AI integrations, and system scalability. This hands-on role combines Python/Django development with AI-powered features, allowing you to shape architecture, implement robust APIs, and mentor junior engineers while delivering production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems and APIs with Python/Django
- Lead delivery of complex features including Agentic AI, RAG workflows, and AI-driven personalization
- Enforce coding standards, testing, modularization, and software engineering best practices
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, boosting team competency and velocity
- Collaborate with Product and Front-end teams on architecture, system design, and technical specifications
- Identify technical debt, optimize platform performance, and advocate for innovative architecture
