Job Description

We're seeking a SDE Intern with Python expertise to join our robotics software team at Origin (Formerly 10xconstruction).

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend services that power our construction robotics platform, from data processing pipelines to robot telemetry systems.

What You’ll Work On

  1. Build and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI / async systems).
  2. Develop frontend dashboards using JavaScript / React.
  3. Work with Linux-based systems (development, debugging, deployments).
    • Design and integrate REST / WebSocket APIs.
    • Debug real production issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with robotics and systems engineers to support robot workflows.
