We are now looking for an Associate Director – Non-Tech Recruiting who can help us hire, influence, and scale our workforce across critical non-tech functions.
Responsibilities of the Role
● You will be Owning the end-to-end quality of the module
● You will be responsible for designing the Automation Framework Development (API & Appium) on both Mobile & Web
● You will be testing Backend API's, Front-end applications using either of Black Box Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Test, Ad-Hoc Test, Sanity Test, etc
● You will be reviewing peer code and mentor SDET-I's in the team.
● You will be checking the Logs, debugging the production issues, and thorough in Root Cause Analysis.
