Role Overview:

Collabera is hiring 3 Senior SDET professionals for one of Australia’s Big 4 banks. This role focuses on test automation using Selenium & Java, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and quality engineering across cloud-native, containerized environments (AWS, Docker). Ideal candidates will bring strong automation expertise, NFR testing experience, and exposure to AI/ML or GenAI in testing. Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in test automation using Selenium and Java
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements, review architecture and solution design , and define the right automation strategy and engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines , preferably using GitHub Actions
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Docker for test execution and deployment
• Experience with containerization and managing test environments, including ephemeral environments
• Good understanding of Non-Functional Testing (NFR) methodologies
• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and their application in quality engineering
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI concepts and how they can improve software engineering productivity
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• AWS or related cloud certifications are a plus
• Prior experience with SWIFT messaging and payment technologies is preferred
