Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive
SDET to join our Quality Engineering team, responsible for end-to-end testing across our product portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring the
quality, stability, and security of both client-side (Windows) and server-side (Web and APIs) applications built using
.NET technologies.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) for applications built with .NET, Angular, HTML, and CSS.Manage end-to-end testing, including test data and environment setup, supporting functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.Build and maintain automation frameworks for Windows applications, web applications, and backend APIs.Configure and maintain Windows test environments using VMware VCD.Collaborate with Scrum teams to understand features and define system integration test strategies.Ensure quality across all SDLC stages and maintain a traceability matrix for customer-reported regressions.Build cloud-agnostic automation coverage and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.Partner with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and high-quality releases.Lead automation code reviews, mentor team members, and promote best practices.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Stay updated with emerging trends in automation, quality engineering, and DevOps, and proactively suggest improvements.Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in test automation with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).Strong experience in web and REST API testing, with working knowledge of Selenium, HTML, and CSS.Good knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server.Hands-on experience in cloud security issue triaging and exploit validation.Proven experience building and maintaining robust UI and API automation frameworks.Experience in Windows client-side application testing, including installers and services.Exposure to New Relic (Application Performance Monitoring).Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Exposure to load and performance testing.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.Experience with on-premise lab setup.Experience validating SQL Server installations, upgrades, patches, and version compatibility.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Why Join Us:Young Team, Thriving CultureFlat-hierarchical, friendly, engineering-oriented, and growth-focused culture.Well-balanced learning and growth opportunitiesFree health insurance.Office facilities with a game zone, in-office kitchen with affordable lunch service, and free snacks.Sponsorship for certifications/events and library service.Flexible work timing, leaves for life events, WFH and hybrid options
