From 5411 Hub, for an important global technology company, we are looking for a Sales Executive – Hunter, focused on developing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
E-commerce management: Upload and update products, manage digital inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns on Shopify. Automation & optimization: Implement and maintain automated workflows to enhance sales and customer service efficiency. Multi-channel sales & support: Respond to and close sales opportunities via chat, email, and phone, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Operational support: Coordinate with technical teams to address and resolve minor issues promptly. Analytics & reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (sales, conversions, traffic) and propose data-driven improvements. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Assist in targeting and engaging high-value B2B accounts, particularly corporations interested in certifying teams in Scrum, ISO 27001, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and other certifications. Lead generation: Support outreach campaigns to HR managers, founders, and decision-makers in target companies. Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce management (Shopify). Experience in digital content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, blogs/websites) and basic SEO knowledge. Background in sales and customer service across chat, phone, and email. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Preferred / Nice to Have
Previous experience selling digital products or professional certifications. Knowledge of digital marketing, ABM strategy, online advertising, and web analytics. Ability to design and optimize conversion funnels for social media. Experience working in B2B environments with corporate accounts.
