About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to oversee our SDR function and help drive top-of-funnel growth for our sales organization. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of SDRs focused on generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

You’ll be both a hands‑on player and a coach setting strategy, refining processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team hits and exceeds pipeline goals.

What You’ll Do
