We currently have a great opportunity for an SDR Manager to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team for MEA (Middle East & Africa).

What you'll do:

  • You will be called upon to lead a team of 5-8 SDRs
  • Train SDRs to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.
  • Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment
  • Managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
