Your mission is simple:
build a machine that increases qualified booked calls every week

What you'll own

  • Lead the SDR team dialing fresh + aged inbound leads (150–200 dials/day per rep target)
  • Improve
    booked calls, show rates, and rep consistency
  • Build and run daily scorecards that actually drive behavior
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and ramp SDR talent
  • Run call reviews + roleplay + script iteration
  • Build a clear QA/performance ladder (who gets coached, warned, promoted, or exited)
  • Turn lead outcomes into action (not vanity repor...
