Job description for SDR Manager
Cleverly is in hyper-growth with 800+ clients, and our new cold calling service is scaling fast.
We need an SDR Manager to manage cold callers for 20-30 clients (mostly smaller clients selling into SMBs), with your core responsibility being training and coaching SDRs to exceed KPIs for clients.
You must live in LATAM and speak fluent English because our SDRs live in LATAM and call American leads.
