Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Engage with mid-market and enterprise prospects to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3–4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles
  • Proven success in a target-driven sales environment with clear performance benchmarks
  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
  • Experience selling SaaS, software products, or ERP solutions is highly preferred
  • Prior exposure to construction technology or B2B real estate solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
