Job Description
AuxoAI is hiring an SDR Team Lead to lead and scale outbound SDR programs for US-based B2B clients. This role blends campaign strategy, execution, AI-powered sales operations, and people leadership.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end SDR workflows—from messaging and tooling to quota achievement and team performance—while leveraging AuxoAI’s proprietary AI-SDR platform to run highly efficient, scalable outbound programs.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute outbound SDR campaigns aligned to client ICPs and offerings
Draft compelling outbound messaging and campaign themes
Leverage AuxoAI’s AI-SDR platform for prospecting, engagement, and analytics
Run high-velocity campaigns using tools like Apollo, Hunter, SendGrid, and CRMs
Lead, coach, and manage SDR teams to consistently achieve qualified meeting quotas
Own quota delivery, campaign-level reporting, and continuous performance optimization
Build and manage SDR operations, including workflows, playbooks, and process documentation
Partner with internal teams (Sales Ops, Product, Client Delivery) to ensure successful execution and growth
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, SDR management, or Demand Generation
Proven track record of leading SDR teams and achieving outbound targets
Strong expertise in email messaging, outreach sequencing, and campaign management
Familiarity with US-based sales cycles, buyer personas, and B2B outbound motions
Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach) and CRMs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a data-driven execution mindset
Prior experience in managed services, sales outsourcing, or B2B SaaS
Exposure to AI-enabled sales tools and sales workflow automation
Experience building outbound programs from scratch or during scale-up
Strong analytical skills and ability to present performance insights to clients and leadership
