SDR Team Lead – Global Business Development

One Click LCA is a sustainability SaaS company helping the construction and manufacturing industries measure, manage and reduce their environmental impact. Our platform supports Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and decarbonization reporting across the built environment and product supply chains. 

We are hiring an SDR Team Lead to build a predictable pipeline engine across our global Business Development organisation. You will manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) currently, supporting our regional Business Development teams with inbound and outbound pipeline generation. This is a hands-on leadership role: coaching, operating cadence, tooling, and performance management — with a clear focus on measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
