The Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Professional with an affinity for people management to step into the SDR Team Lead role for the UKI region in our Sales team in Barcelona. You'll coach and support a team of 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills, generate pipeline, and hit their targets. You'll partner closely with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team's success directly contributes to Perk's growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs, running weekly 1:1s, setting development goals, and reviewing performance.
  • Coach & mentor, focus on continuous skill development, identify training needs, and support new hires during onboarding.
