The Role
We’re looking for sharp, resilient Sales Development Representatives to fuel our US sales engine. This is a pure outbound role—high ownership, high accountability, and high upside. You’ll prospect, qualify, and create pipeline for the US market, working closely with Account Executives to convert conversations into revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize messaging
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Hit activity, meeting, and pipeline targets—consistently
- Keep CRM data clean, current, and audit-ready
What You Bring
- 1–4 years in SDR/BDR/Inside Sales (B2B SaaS, US market exposure preferred)
- Strong English communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfort with targets, structure, and pressure
- A sales mindset that thrives on momentum and metrics
