Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop test and calibration stations for NPI products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to enable end-to-end station solutions
• Work cross-functionally to define functional and technical requirements for station development
• Provide build and on-site support during the NPI process
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and fix software and software–hardware interaction problems
• Conduct performance analysis of key station operational parameters and ensure adherence to agreed service levels
• Participate in all NPI development builds and dry-run activities, including daily sync meetings and real-time issue resolution
• Create and maintain documentation for station operation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable software and actively participate in design reviews
