SE Strategy & Operations Manager - APJ

Overview

Snowflake, one of the most iconic and fast growing technology companies, is seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Solution Engineering (SE) Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone for SE leadership across APJ. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for everything from fiscal year territory planning and headcount management to supporting forecasting exercises and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate is one who can navigate complex challenges, effectively navigate CRM and planning tools, and is a proactive partner who uncovers the why behind the numbers to drive the business forward.
