- Monitor emails from customers, agents, partners and sales
- System monitoring to ensure RP and Billing is created on time
- Knowledgeable in Cargowise System
- Resolving of issues when it comes to shipments
- Communicating with Sales Executive/In House Sales if there are concerns with their accounts
- Requesting rates from shipping lines and consolidator
- Sending of quotations to customers and preparation of monthly reports relative to the following: Monthly Forecast, Ifusion report, Minebea Freight summary, Blue Compass, Tonnage Summary, Customer Wise, PSB
- Monitoring of export shipments for all MCS accounts
- Assist on handling export shipments for all MCS shipments
- Knowledgeable in Starlink, Cargowise and Descartes
Qualification
- Graduate of any 4 years business course
- At least 2 years experience as Seafreight or MCS Supervisor
