  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week

Role Overview
We are looking for a
German-speaking Search Engine / Technical Customer Service Representative
to support users of a global search engine and digital services platform. In this role, you will assist customers with technical and account-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
