Role & Responsibilities:
ā¢ Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads / paid search campaigns
ā¢ Keyword research, ad copy creation & A/B testing
ā¢ Monitor budgets, bids, CTR, CPL & ROAS
ā¢ Analyze performance & prepare reports
ā¢ Collaborate with SEO, content & design teams
Requirements:
ā¢ 2ā3 years hands-on SEM / Paid Search experience
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Google Ads & GA4
ā¢ Analytical mindset with optimization skills
ā¢ Good communication skills
