Role Overview As an SEO Executive at Camellia Buildtech, you will be responsible for increasing our organic visibility among global AEC firms. Your goal is to ensure that when a firm looks for "Scan to BIM services" or "Outsourced MEPF drafting," Camellia Buildtech is their first choice. You will bridge the gap between technical BIM expertise and search engine algorithms, driving high-quality leads through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimize website architecture, improve page load speeds, and manage schema markup to ensure our technical services (BIM, CAD, MEPF) are indexed correctly.
Keyword Strategy: Conduct deep research into high-intent B2 B keywords, focusing on international standards and regional AEC terminology (e.g., U. S. vs. UK standards).
Content Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to turn complex BIM processes into SEO-friendly blog posts, case studies, and service pages.
Link Building: Execute ethical backlink strategies by targeting industry-specific publications, construction forums, and architectural directories.
Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to monitor rankings and provide actionable reports on organic growth and lead conversion.
Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on the global outsourcing landscape to identify gaps in our competitors’ digital presence.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a B2 B, Engineering, or Tech-services environment.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (like Word Press) and a strong grasp of HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into clear marketing insights.
Communication: Excellent written English skills—essential for coordinating with our Marketing team and ensuring the "Camellia voice" is consistent.
Knowledge of AEC: Familiarity with terms like BIM, Revit, or MEPF is a significant advantage.
