The Role

Join our team as an SEO Specialist focused on on-page optimisation and technical SEO. You'll work hands‑on with WordPress sites, implementing strategies that deliver real results for our diverse client base.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct website audits and implement on-page SEO best practices
  • Optimize WordPress sites (structure, content, UX) using Elementor
  • Perform keyword research and strategic placement across all on-page elements
  • Fix technical SEO issues and implement schema markup
  • Manage Google Business Profiles and local SEO
  • Create monthly reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Collaborate via Monday.com and GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Apply copywriting and storytelling skills to optimise content
  • Work closely with graphic designers, web designers, and other departments

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
  • 2‑3+ years on‑page SEO experience with WordPress websites
  • Must be living nearby (around Werribee, VIC)

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, and E‑E‑A‑T
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console
  • Experience with Elementor and WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript (understanding level)
  • Familiarity with Monday.com

  • Analytical mindset with data‑driven approach

  • Core Web Vitals optimisation experience
