Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to architect and execute strategies that strengthen our digital visibility. This role requires a professional who combines technical expertise with strategic insight, ensuring that our platforms achieve sustainable growth in search rankings and deliver exceptional user experiences.
On‑Page SEO
- Conduct advanced keyword research with a focus on search intent and topical authority.
- Optimize on‑page elements including metadata, headings, content hierarchy, and internal linking.
- Enhance page experience through improvements in performance, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in copy and design.
- Develop ethical external linking strategies, understanding their weight and impact on rankings.
- Translate Google’s ranking guidelines into actionable SEO tasks for content and on‑page optimization.
Core SEO (Architecture & Structure)
- Design and optimize site architecture to align with user journeys and search engine requirements.
- Build scalable internal linking frameworks to maximize crawl efficiency and distribute ranking signals.
- Contribute to the refinement of URL structures, navigation, and hierarchy for improved discoverability.
- Ensure topical authority is reinforced through content clustering and semantic optimization.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and tech teams to embed SEO into site development workflows.
Technical SEO
- Perform comprehensive technical audits using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data.
- Analyze data from Google Search Console, GA4, and other analytics platforms to identify trends, uncover issues, and implement fixes.
- Monitor performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, proactively adapting technical strategies.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely execution of technical SEO recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of proven experience in SEO within a professional digital environment.
- Strong understanding of keyword intent, topical authority, site architecture, and page experience.
- Solid grasp of internal and external linking strategies and their influence on rankings.
- Hands‑on experience with SEO tools including Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, uncover trends, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across teams, especially with technical stakeholders.
- Experience with international SEO and multi‑language websites.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools for SEO processes.
- Understanding of AI‑driven search optimization and semantic SEO.
- Background in content strategy, UX optimization, or digital product architecture.
