Responsibilities

The Search-Model Data team at TikTok provides labelling services covering over 20 countries/regions and 18 languages. The team provides data labelling for training and testing of search models for various business segments, such as search ranking (user experience improvement), search recommendation, search ads, and search security (non-bottom line), helping to improve search results and optimise search ranking through efficient and accurate data labelling and professional analysis.

  • Working both independently, and in collaboration with stakeholders, to deliver high quality output across projects, and develop a best practice model for maintaining high performance on those projects.
  • Regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge & standards, and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
