This is a seasonal position for the summer period.

Key responsibilities

Coordination between vessels/rigs, clients, shipowners, port authorities, and other stakeholders.

Attend port calls when required.

Handle and verify documentation and reporting from vessels/rigs.

Manage customs clearance procedures.

Process incoming invoices from relevant parties and issue invoices to clients.

Maintain close communication with suppliers, captains, shipping companies, and port authorities.

Qualifications

Relevant education within shipping/logistics and/or relevant experience.

Final-year students graduating this spring are also encouraged to apply.
