We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support a dynamic, fast‑paced accounting team during a period of growth, audit preparation, and increased external reporting requirements. This consultant will assist with month‑end close, SEC filings, footnote preparation, technical accounting support, and financial statement analysis.
The ideal professional brings strong GAAP experience, public accounting or public‑company reporting exposure, and the ability to work autonomously while improving processes and delivering high‑quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support the preparation of SEC filings, including 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, and related footnotes.
+ Assist with year‑end and quarter‑end close, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of reporting packages.
+ Prepare and review account analyses, roll‑forwards, and supporting schedules.
