SEC Reporting Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
+ Accountable for timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual SEC filings, Irish Annual Statutory filing and other regulatory filings, including coordination with external auditors
+ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for preparation and review of additional regulatory filings (e.g. Proxy, Form 8-Ks, etc.)
+ Develop and manage quarterly Regulatory Reporting close schedules, and prepare materials to support leadership review
+ Oversee extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) taxonomy selections and ensure timely accurate XBRL filings
+ Supervise, coach, mentor and review the work of the Regulatory Reporting team
+ Serve as a key SEC and accounting resource to respond to questions from senior management and key stakeholders, including Finance, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Legal, Strategic Planning and Analysis,
