Job Description





    • Operate and monitor secondary blister packing machines (cartoners, overwrappers, bundlers, case packers).

    • Perform line clearance and ensure correct materials (cartons, leaflets, labels) are available before batch start.

    • Conduct in-process checks (print quality, batch coding, leaflet insertion, carton sealing).

    • Maintain documentation: batch packing records, logbooks, deviation reports.

    • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety standards during operations.

    • Coordinate with QA for line clearance, sampling, and reconciliation of packaging materials.

    • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major problems to engineering.
