Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our secondary sales team at Driven Properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of real estate agents, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity.
