Role Summary:


We are looking for a sharp, driven, and highly organized Secretarial Assistant to work directly with leadership across K.R. Mangalam Group. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and other secretarial duties.

Key Responsibilities:


Calendar & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage schedules, set priorities, and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Oversight:

  • Develop dashboards, progress trackers, review systems, and performance reports to ensure operational rigor.

Cross-Team Coordination:

  • Liaise with academic and administrative teams to align on goals and follow through on execution.

Problem Solving & Decision Support :

  • Anticipate roadblocks, resolve bottlenecks, and bring clarity to complex initiatives with structured thinking.

Strategic Execution:

  • Prioritize and drive high-impact projects across institutional and educational domains.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion and integrity.
