Position Overview

The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the Manager(s) Health Services, including processing job postings and related paperwork, maintaining position control, registering new hires in orientation sessions, maintaining staffing baselines and ensuring that the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels, maintaining information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system, updating the day to day schedule changes in ESP and running staffing reports as requested. Coordinates appointment calendar for the Manager(s) and performs other clerical duties as assigned.


Experience

  • Minimum two years previous related experience, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Preference will be given to those candidates with previous staff scheduling experience.
  • Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Complete grade 12 education, Manitoba standards, required.
