We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and organized Secretary / Assistant fluent in English, to support daily office operations and assist our project team with administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration, filing, and document organization
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and format documents (letters, quotations, contracts, reports, etc.)
  • Maintain records for projects (subcontractor documents, permits, site paperwork, purchase orders)
  • Support invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks (if needed)
